This weekend the Dutch VW Bus Club organised their spring meet in Burgh-Haamstede on the beautifull coast in Zeeland.
The sun was shining and it's only 20km from my house, so the ideal oportunity to get the pickup out of wintre storage (which needed a new batery and some frech fuel down the carb to come back to life). One of the main attractions was a visit to the bakery/lunchroom/snackbar of the Sonnemans brothers. These guys have a big aircooled VW collection.

| 06 April 2004: Pinstriped cooler! |
It's not entirely finished, but here are the first pics of my pinstriped cooler. It's the first thing i've ever pinstriped and i've been using the wrong brushes (can't buy them out here). The lines are not as narrow as i'd like them to be, but it's cool enough for now
